OVERVIEW
AI-Ready Office Skills: Data, Reporting and Productivity is a practical course for non-technical professionals who want to use Artificial Intelligence confidently in everyday office work. The 40-hour program combines AI literacy, prompt design, office productivity, spreadsheet analysis, reporting, marketing and administrative use cases, no-code automation and responsible AI governance.
This is not a generic prompt-writing course. Learners work with realistic office scenarios, verify AI outputs, protect sensitive information and build reusable workflows that improve productivity without replacing professional judgment.
Each four-hour module contains two hours of lecture and demonstration plus two hours of guided lab work. Learners create a workplace artifact in every module and finish with an AI-ready office operations playbook and presentation.

COURSE DESCRIPTION
The course begins with the business outcome rather than the tool. Learners define the task, audience, data, constraints, expected output and risk level before deciding how AI should assist. AI is treated as a co-worker, not an autopilot, so every output requires evidence checking and human approval.
Participants progress from personal productivity to team workflows across communication, meetings, documents, spreadsheets, analysis, dashboards, marketing, administration, knowledge management and automation. By completion, they can explain what AI did, what was verified, where human review is required and how the workflow creates workplace value.
