Terms & Conditions

• If you have paid for a course or service, you cannot transfer to another course or service.
• If you purchased this course at a discounted price, then it is the final sale price with no refunds applicable.
• We can only guarantee a part-time unpaid volunteering position for 8 weeks with our PLUS courses. However, our students do sometimes get paid positions.
• HOLD on Course:
  • Once you have started the course and then you want to put a “HOLD” on the course, then you can put a “HOLD” for a maximum of 3 Months from the date you requested for the “HOLD”.
  • When you resume your course, you must join a batch of same course or similar course once we have space in it.
  • If we make changes to the course curriculum that you had enrolled earlier, you will have to attend the changed course with the changed curriculum. The course curriculum or hours or free courses offered with the course may change for future batches.
  • If the “HOLD” is more than 3 months hold but less than one (1) year, then there will be an administrative fee of CAD $200 + Tax charged to you due at the time of resuming your course.
  • If the “HOLD” is more than a year, then course will get cancelled and cannot be resumed.
  • Also, if a course is discontinued before you join again after putting a “HOLD” on the course, we will not be able to complete the course training or give you a refund.  
• HOLD on Internship that comes with our PLUS Courses:
  • Once you complete the course part of the training if you have enrolled in one of our PLUS courses, then you must get started with the internship immediately. 
  • If you have enrolled in one of our PLUS courses, and if you have not started your internship and you want to putt a “HOLD” on your internship, we allow putting a “HOLD” on internship for a maximum period of 3 months. After 3 months of “HOLD” internship is deemed as cancelled.
  • If you have enrolled in one of our PLUS courses, and you have started the internship and then want to put a HOLD, then there is an administration fee of $100 + Tax to resume your internship again. 
  • In such cases, we allow putting a “HOLD” on internship for a maximum period of 3 months, after which it is deemed as cancelled.
• ​​​​​​​INSTALLMENT PAYMENT:
  • ​​​​​​​When you pay in installments, it is mandatory to fill up a credit card authorization form at the time of registration.
  • If you fail to pay an installment amount on a due date, a late payment fee of $50 will apply per missed payment per month. Also, 10% per annum will be charged on the missed payment amount from the due date till the missed payment is received by to Euveeda. In case an installment payment cheque has been returned, a $50 fee will apply per returned cheque.
  • Also, in case you fail to pay an installment amount on a due date, you may not be allowed to attend the program / course / service and will be denied access to any training materials or other relevant document, for which you have registered, till the dues are paid.
• ​​​​​​​CANCELLATION POLICY:
  • ​​​​​​​A full refund is made if a written cancellation request is made 30 days prior to the beginning of the program less a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Partial refund is made if a written cancellation request is made 7 days prior to the beginning of the program less a cancellation fee of 25% of the program fee along with any applicable taxes.
  • In case the applicant has, intentionally or with gross negligence given false or inaccurate information/documents, admission will be immediately cancelled with no refunds due to the applicant.
  • If you purchased this course at a discounted price, then it is the final sale price with no refunds applicable.
  • If you have enrolled in a course and have attended a class, then no refunds are applicable. ​​​​​​​
